In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days to have the retractation form sent, it allows him to cancel all or part of his order and return the Product at his expense.

This option is not applicable to Products manufactured according to the buyer's specifications, customized or which, due to their nature, cannot be reshipped or are likely to deteriorate. Only products returned as a whole in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale, will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.

To exercise his right of retractation, the buyer must:
1. Access to the client account.
2. Select the order containing the product to return.
3. Select the product(s) to return by checking the box.
4. Add an explanation, so that we understand why the order is being returned.

The Product must be returned by the buyer, within a maximum of 14 clear days following receipt of his package. Shipping costs (to return us the product) are paid by the client.

3.2 The item received is not the one I ordered
In this case, 2 possibilities:
